Andrew Wolcott
Portfolio Manager
Andrew joined Towle & Co. in October 2026 and is a member of the investment team. He is responsible for conducting fundamental analysis on portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Towle & Co., Andrew was the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Tolland Capital, where he managed a concentrated public equity portfolio weighted toward financial institutions and small-cap companies. Before starting Tolland Capital, Andrew founded and ran an equity research firm that provided fundamental business analysis to institutional investment managers. That venture followed five years at The Broe Group, a Denver-based private investment firm, where he held investment and management roles of increasing responsibility. Andrew began his professional career playing minor league baseball in the Arizona Diamondbacks organization.
Andrew received a BA in History with a certificate in Markets and Management Studies from Duke University and an MBA from Georgetown University.
Andrew lives in Denver with his wife and their two children.

To earn the designation, candidates must pass three course exams, each requiring approximately 250 hours of self-study, and have completed four years of qualifying work experience. Chartered Financial Analyst® and CFA® are registered trademarks owned by the CFA Institute. FRM® is an accreditation offered by the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) that certifies the understanding of risk management concepts that are validated by international professional standards. To earn the accreditation, candidates must pass two levels of exams, requiring on average about 240 hours of self-study, and have completed two years of qualifying work experience in the field of financial risk management.
